Dr. Onorio Chaparro serves full time at Christian Cultural Center (CCC) as Director of the Maturity Division and the International Christian Brotherhood (ICB) Men’s Ministry founded by Reverend A.R. Bernard. Chaparro is a “son of the ministry” arriving at CCC in 1996 as a new believer and joining fulltime staff in 2005 upon completing his Masters in Divinity from Princeton Theological Seminary.
